Well big thank you to everyone who turned up for last month’s meeting at the BGH, and took part in the Thai Chi demonstration. It was great to see so many of you there, on what proved to be a very successful activity. I think there might well be more Thai chi in the future. Check out the diary for up and coming events in the Borders.

Remember this reminder!! Next month, that month being June most of our meetings take a back seat furra coupla months, starting up again in September. Giving you plenty of time to concentrate on topping up yer tan, an also getting on wi your gardening. You can check out the Diary to keep yourself right……………… coz the diary never lies.

Enjoy yer Newsletter.

Well there was a taste of the orient in the Chaplaincy last month, what wi’ the Thai chi demo an Lesleyz Indian heed massages!!

Ian Simpson from Hawick gave everyone present a demonstration in Thai Chi, the demonstration had everyone well focused on their movements, is that no right ‘grasshopper?’

This month is a cuppa ana chat meeting as we have a lot of new faces coming to the meetings just now, so this will give us all another chance to get to know each other. Fear not though.

Lesley will still be there to gie oot Indian heed massages.  See diary for date an time of meeting.
