Well what can we say, nuffin’ wid be the best bet I ken!! Alas THANK YOU will have tae do! It’s been so encouraging so it has, to see so many of you coming along to the meetings. Gary keeps reminding himself that it’s not quantity but quality that matters, be it one person or thirty!!

Ah think what’s so good is that people living wi parky in the Borders are aware of our groups existence it’s great for everyone to ken we’re here to provide support when you need us it is also worth remembering that when you come along to a meeting, by attending the group meetings, even just to say hi remember you will be helping out somebody attending who is living wi’ Parky.

It is great to be in a room filled wi’ people who understand believe it or not even after 24 years I still get so much from meeting everyone that comes along sharing how we all deal wi’ the challenges that Parky chucks oor way, an I still love haein’ a wee blether, I finds it is very thera-poo-tick, like!! As I hope you all do.

So to you all can I say a big Thank You! for the lift you all give me

Jing’s am getting overcome wi emulsion here, a better wheesht!!

.

Last month at the Peebles meet Gary was presented wi a muckle cheque from ‘CO AN CO’. The proceeds from the sale of the ‘Parky Malarkay In The Kitchen.  To the tune oa £1500!!

From left to right CO AN CO are Co, Jennifer, Joyce, Sara (daughter oa Co) who did all the artwork an computer stuff and put the end product together, so thanks Sara, Betty An John.

On behalf oa the group can I say thank you to everyone involved, an also all who sold books over the festive season. I can reveal there is no truth in the rumour that John is secretly working on a Parky Malarkay Joke Book!! So Tony an Norman can relax.

‘IT’S THE WAY A TELL EM!

Gary would just like to apologise for building everyone up as he attempted to tell you all a funny joke aboot a wee boy at school, well ah think it’s funny yin.  Well can I say that I have finally remembered the whole joke an will reveal all on the 28th.

I’m not addicted to reading.  I can quit as soon as I finish one more chapter!!
